The location here is great, within easy walking distance of La Canada, and the staff are all pleasant.

The staff was really helpful and caring. The accommodation was upgraded and clean. The hotel was a short walk to the cathedral and the city center. My stay here was really good.

Caring stuff, wonderful hotel, stylish room. Delicious and great breakfast to star a day with bread for toast, assorted yogurts. Location so close to the downtown area, the main square and a major shopping center and the old part of town where the cathedral is. For tea or coffee visit Mayo Helados Centro nearby: D

The service was attentive. The room was decent sized and beautifully maintained. It came with central heating, a laptop-compatible safe, and multi-channel television. The staff were particularly helpful.

The standard king room was modern and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The restaurant was nice and the food was different. The hotel had a favourable location really close to Libertador Theatre.

We loved the spacious room with a king-size bed that was very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the center of the city and the historic quarter, making it easy to do some shopping. The hotel facilities were great, and we also enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The staff was helpful and spoke good English.

Nothing to dislike. this hotel provided a comfortable stay in this city, and we would definitely come back again.

A NH Hotel with good breakfast and nice reception staff

Hotel with excellent location, near the Jesuitica block. room well, good cleaning, I thought to find something a little more modern, it lacks a little maintenance, bathroom with the roof peeling, excellent sommier, has frigobar, safety box, heating that we have not turned on because it was too hot. Something negative was the soundproofing, lack of it and therefore you could hear absolutely everything from the other rooms. breakfast was very good, with variety to choose from. Good attention in the front desk, it does not have parking and one they offer is two blocks away but very uncomfortable to take the car out and get to the hotel door. In general, it was good, except for some details.

Too much heat even without turning on the heating, lack of soundproofing. Somewhat neglected bathroom, lack of maintenance.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the city center, providing great value for money. The location along the canal is perfect, offering a picturesque view from the rooms. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a nice big bed and some even offer a great view. One of the highlights is the delicious breakfast included in the price, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

We had a fantastic stay here! This place was centrally located along the Canal in the center of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff available 24/7 at the reception. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with its wide variety of delicious options. The hotel also had great facilities, including a fitness studio and an outdoor swimming pool. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and quality.

Location was decent. Hotel staff friendly. Room was acceptable.

Was overcharged on the room rate that was quoted to us by an additional 20%. Although we complained about the discrepency in price the excuse we received was that that the increase was due to the fact that the Copa America was on, however when we booked the room and received the rate the Copa America was on at the time. Pretty lame excuse in our mind. Ended up paying the upcharge. Never very happy when the rules change during the game. May have stayed elsewhere had I known that this was going to be the rate. Although the hotel was acceptable I wouldn't recommend it because of this practice. PS: was also charged for items from the mini bar when in fact we never took or used anything from it.

Great location, friendly staff, very nice rooftop deck. The restaurant was closed for renovation but the rest of the hotel services were just great. Comfy beds, clean rooms, good bathrooms and showers. It really is a nice place to stay in the city.
